SDG 14.3.2 Food from aquatic ecosystems (policies)

NCUE’s Environmental Education Center has also planted lotus in Baisha Lake on campus. After the lotus bloomed and produced lotus seeds, these seeds were harvested and used to prepare food and lotus tea. This initiative promotes the sustainable use of food resources from the campus aquatic ecosystem.
