NCUE's spin-off startup, " A. nT Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.", obtained approval for company registration from the Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau on May 22, 2023. Pursuant to this establishment, the University entered into technology-for-equity agreements with the company on June 27, 2023, and November 29, 2024. The transactions comprised an aggregate of over 10 million shares, each with a par value of NT$1, thereby representing the University’s contribution of intellectual property in exchange for equity participation.

On November 29, 2024, the first Spin-off Enterprise Review Committee meeting of 2024 was convened and approved the technology transfer license. On June 25, 2025, the Committee convened again and approved the allocation of licensing fees from the transfer of the technology "Smart Development of Novel Environmentally Friendly Pest Control Technologies" to A. nT Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The Ministry of Economic Affairs subsequently approved this by official letter.
