SDG 11.2.2 Public access to libraries
1. Based on the principles of serving society and resource sharing, NCUE library offers free access throughout the whole year. However, during the university's midterm and final exam periods, entry for non-university members is temporarily suspended.
2. Reading seats are available on each floor of the library. The general library on the Jinde Campus provides approximately 900 seats from B1 to 4F, while the Baoshan Branch Library offers about 110 seats (Figures 1-8).
3. NCUE’s faculty and students can borrow books and other publications from the university library free of charge. Non-university members can obtain a reading card or borrowing card by paying an annual fee and deposit.
