5. NCUE Bilingual Teaching Research Center and Language Center Promoted Internationalization of Current Students and Advance Towards the National Bilingual Policy.
(1) To foster professional growth in bilingual teaching for teacher candidates and in-service teachers, NCUE Bilingual Teaching Research Center organized multiple lectures and workshops related to bilingual teaching in 2023. For instance, on June 2, 2023, the center held a "Sharing of Bilingual Experimental Teaching Experiences" event, inviting bilingual teachers from Home Economics, Scouting, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, and Living Technology to share their experiences. This event aimed to train teacher candidates and teachers in techniques and professional knowledge for bilingual subject teaching. In addition to developing a bilingual teaching resource manual for Natural Sciences, the center regularly organizes classroom observations and bilingual experimental teaching sessions. These activities allow teacher candidates to familiarize themselves with future actual teaching situations and understand how to prepare during their current learning stage, thus building their capacity in bilingual teaching skills. Moving forward, our university will continue to align with the Ministry of Education's plans, striving to cultivate more high-quality bilingual teachers in support of the 2030 bilingual policy implementation. Details of these activities are shown in Figures 9 to 10.
(2) In accordance with the English proficiency graduation requirements and the guidance and incentive measures for students in our university's College of Management, online self-learning courses were established with an end-of-term examination system to enhance the English abilities of undergraduate students across various departments in the College of Management. In 2023, a total of 40 students were guided to pass the graduation threshold.

6. Student Psychological Counseling and Guidance Center conducted career exploration activities for students through lectures, workshops, and film appreciation events. These initiatives aimed to enhance students' understanding of mental and physical well-being (SDG 3) and gender equality (SDG 5) issues. They guided students to reflect on their thoughts about interpersonal interactions and help establish a friendly campus environment. The relevant courses and guidance activities are as follows:
(1) Guidance for New Student Classes: In recent years, due to pandemic prevention policies, students have experienced significant restrictions on interpersonal interactions before and after the start of the academic year, which has considerably affected the establishment of peer relationships. Therefore, the guidance for new student classes in the 2023 academic year focused on interpersonal interactions and conflict response as the main themes. This was combined with psychological testing, followed by immediate interpretation sessions to provide timely responses and clarifications, helping freshmen understand the nature and misconceptions of interpersonal conflicts. Each session lasted 1-2 hours and continued for 2 weeks. A total of 26 new student classes across the university completed the guidance, with a total of 753 participants. The satisfaction rate for the psychological test interpretation was 4.31, and for the class guidance lectures, it was 4.27.
(2) Collaboration with International Student Systems: In the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, a series of activities titled "Our Campus Life" was planned for overseas students (including overseas Chinese students, mainland Chinese students, and international students). The main purpose was to help overseas students improve healthy interpersonal relationships, exploring intimate relationships to the development of interpersonal relationships, expanding positive interpersonal interactions, establishing healthy interpersonal relationships, developing healthy interpersonal relationships and coping strategies, and effectively adapting to campus life. Additional related activities are detailed in Table 3 and Figures 11 and 12 below.
