1. I-hui Hall-Baisha Art Centre
1.1 The Fine Arts Department of NCUE has ample space and is fully equipped. Every year, considerable funds are allocated in order to purchase and update graphic instruments and equipment to meet the needs of teachers and students in terms of creation, performance, and publication. These funds also enable free visits for people inside and outside the university.

2. Teaching Building—Arts and Culture Corridor
2.1 In order to provide students with space for creation and work publication, the College of Continuing Education has set up an Arts and Culture Corridor in the corridor of the sixth floor of the teaching building. Artists are occasionally invited to participate in the exhibitions so that the office can be transformed into an art museum, and wonderful visual feasts are provided for people inside and outside the university free of charge.
