The library of NCUE has the service of free library entry all year round, based on the principle of serving society and sharing resources. Only during the mid-term and final examinations of NCUE are people outside the university temporarily prohibited from entering the library for replacement .

Teachers and students of NCUE can borrow books and publications from our library free of charge; people outside NCUE can pay annual fees and deposits to obtain reading cards or borrowing cards.

(Provides a registration system for people outside the university to exchange their certificates and register)

The retrieval area provides computers for visitors to the library from outside the university.
