Volume of water used in NCUE: Inbound (treated/extracted water)

In 2020, NCUE consumed a total of 691,322 m3 of water, comprising 120,434 m3 of tap water and 570,888 m3 of groundwater, respectively. Tap water and groundwater accounted for 17.4% and 82.6% of total water consumption, respectively.

3.4   Per capita water consumption: The average daily per capita water consumption of NCUE (both campuses) in 2020 was approximately 241.9 L (691,322,000 L/365 days/7,825 population = 242). This was lower than the country’s average daily per capita water consumption of 289 L.
