NCUE's spin-off startup, " A. nT Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.", obtained approval for company registration from the Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau on May 22, 2023. Pursuant to this establishment, the University entered into technology-for-equity agreements with the company on June 27, 2023, and November 29, 2024. The transactions comprised an aggregate of over 10 million shares, each with a par value of NT$1, thereby representing the University’s contribution of intellectual property in exchange for equity participation.
