SDG 8.2.9 Employment practice labour rights

National Changhua University of Education (NCUE) recognizes and supports the labor rights of all faculty, staff, and students, such as freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining. The specific implementation results are as follows:

1. In addition to providing all faculty, staff, and students with the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, NCUE has established various meetings, committees, and organizations in accordance with NCUE’s organizational regulations and relevant laws. This offers multiple channels for faculty, staff, and students to express their opinions, either through directly participating in NCUE’s organizations or by electing representatives through democratic processes.

2. NCUE has a total of 21 various meetings and committees. The functions and names of these organizations are detailed in Table 1.
