SDG 11.4.4 Affordable housing for employees
1. The University offers apartments on rent to faculty and other staff. Although there are maintenance and management fees involved, these are only 20-30% of the price charged in the local housing market. Below is a price comparison between the staff dormitories and a similar apartment in the local housing market in Changhua County, as shown in Table 1.

2. The single and multi-room dormitory types of our school include suites, private rooms, apartment-style multi-rooms, and single-family two-story rooms. You can apply for different layouts and room types depending on your personal preferences, which affect the fees. The prices are reasonable and favorable. The accommodation information is as follows: (see Table 2)

3. The Dormitory Zone is located on the campus. Residents can get up early for a walk or jog around the campus, stop by the Baisha Lake to watch the white geese in the water, or stroll through the woods after work to get their fix of phytoncide. There are sports facilities such as a swimming pool, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, and weights training rooms in the zone. Restaurants and stores can be found inside and outside the University. The added value of the facilities in a beautiful natural environment aims to stimulate positive energy, both physically and mentally, as detailed in Figure 1.
