According to the ‘Restrictive Use of Shopping Plastic Bags: Scope, Implementation, and Date’ of the Environmental Protection Agency (the Executive Yuan), NCUE will not provide plastic bags for consumers to carry the purchased products when faculty, staff, and students of NCUE go to the canteens to purchase any products.
