2. Alliance Cultural Foundation
The teacher training centre of NCUE cooperates with the Ministry of Education and Alliance Cultural Foundation in the ‘Primary and Secondary School Novice Teacher Introductory Guidance and Awareness Study Programme’. Systematically planning introductory guidance and awareness courses for novice teachers in primary and secondary schools is expected to help them adapt to their teaching career to implement the local education and guidance function of a teacher training university. At the same time, the programme plans three specific practices: ‘novice teachers’ career and teaching practice – introductory study’, ‘cross-school co-study guidance and community connection inheritance guidance’, and ‘speak to teachers returning to local places’. It also hopes to provide a sound and powerful support system for novice teachers’ introductory stage to not only raise teachers’ enthusiasm and develop their commitment to education, but also help them understand current education trends and national education policies, quickly integrate into the school environment, develop their professional attitude and ability, and ensure students’ learning quality.
