SDG 11.2.2 Public access to libraries
1. NCUE offers free access to its libraries all year round to both serve the society and share resources. Only during NCUE mid-terms and final examinations are people from outside the university prohibited from accessing the library.
2. There is a reading section on each floor of B1-4 of the libraries. The Jinde campus has 953 seats and the Baoshan Campus has 114 seats, providing a total of 1067 seats. (Figures 1-6)
3. Teachers and students of NCUE can borrow books and publications from our library free of charge; people from outside NCUE can pay an annual fee, along with a deposit, to obtain a reading or borrowing card.
